
Yeast cake with fruit and crumbs
Yeast-raised cake | 200 g |
Eggs | 2 |
Milk | 150 ml |
Melted butter | 30 g |
Vanilla sugar Celiko | 1 teaspoon |
Fruits | a little bit |
Potato starch | 1 tablespoon |
Rice flour | 1 tablespoon |
Vanilla sugar Celiko | 1 teaspoon |
Oil or melted butter | 1 teaspoon |
In a bowl, sift the flour mixture, add the eggs and pour warm milk at max. 30 °С.
Knead the dough with a mixer for about 3 minutes or by hand until it is smooth, uniform and shiny.
Add melted butter and knead for about 2 more minutes.
Place the dough in a mold (average about 20 cm), oiled or lined with parchment paper, and leave in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
Knead the crumbs from the ingredients listed in the recipe (Potato starch, rice flour, vanilla sugar, oil or melted butter).
Lay the fruit on the dough, then sprinkle with crumbs.
Place the dough in a preheated oven and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
The finished cake can be additionally sprinkled with powdered sugar or glazed.
