Pancakes with pudding
| Pudding – cream taste | 2 packages |
| Egg | 1 |
| Milk | 50 ml |
| Vanilla sugar Celiko | 1 tbsp |
| Baking powder Celiko | 1 tsp |
| Sugar | 2 tbsp |
| Oil | for frying |
Blend all ingredients to a smooth batter.
Fry the pancakes on both sides in a heated pan with a small amount of oil.
Pancakes taste best served with fruit (such as blackberries and raspberries) or other toppings.
