
Pancakes
Mix it! Universal 1kg | 110 g |
Salt | 1 pinch |
Eggs | 2 medium sized |
Skimmed milk | 200 ml |
Water | 50 ml |
Oil | A little for frying |
Mix Mix It Universal! and salt in a bowl.
Whisk the eggs and half the milk until well combined.
Gradually add the remaining milk and water and beat with a whisk, then leave for 10 minutes.
Oil the base of a 20-23 cm frying pan and place over moderate heat.
When the pan is hot, pour in enough batter to cover the bottom with a thin layer of batter.
Cook over the fire until the pancake is done and can move freely in the pan.
Flip the pancake and cook on the other side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
