
Oatmeal chocolate dessert with berries
Instant oat flakes gluten free | 1 package |
Wild berries frozen | 70 g |
White chocolate | 100 g |
Cream 35% | 100 g |
Vanilla extract and cinnamon | to taste |
Cointreau (liqueur) | 1 tbsp. |
Sugar | 2 tbsp. |
1.Sugar, liqueur and berries put on low heat and boil until the juice thickens.
2. Put the porridge in a container, pour berry syrup and berries.
3. Melt cream and white chocolate over low heat. Stirring constantly, bring to a state of emulsion, add vanilla and cinnamon.
4. Pour the porridge and berries with the chocolate-cream mixture. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for several hours.
