Meat balls with paprika

Paniermehl - Breadcrumbs 300g 150 g
Paprika powder 15 g
Mixed minced meat 800 g
Eggs 2
Parsley 1 bunch
Garlic 1 clove
Parmesan cheese, grated 3 tbsp
Salt and pepper a little bit
Oil a little bit of frying

In a tureen, mix together the ground meat with the salt, the pepper, the eggs, the Schär Bread crumbs, the chopped clove of garlic, the chopped parsley, the grated parmesan cheese, the paprika, the salt, and the pepper.

 

Knead everything together well with the hands and form large meat balls.

 

In a frying pan, heat a sufficient amount of oil and fry the meatballs until golden yellow in colour.

 

Drain and dry on a kitchen towel. Delicious hot or cold.
