Gluten-free corn flour 500g | 250 g |

Baking powder gluten free | 10 g |
Onion (medium head) | 1 pc. |
Water | 120 g |
1. Combine cornmeal and baking powder.
2. Fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add water, mix.
3. Add the onion mixture to the flour mixture. We knead the dough.
4. We form cutlets with our hands (previously moistened in water) and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
