Gluten free rice flour 50 g
Soda 2 g
Salt 4 g
Sour cream 80 g
Butter 80 g

1. Mix TM Garnec corn and rice flour, add salt and soda, add butter and mix the dough until crumbly.

 

2. Add sour cream and knead elastic dough.

 

3. Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

 

4. Roll out the cooled dough into a layer 5 mm thick on a sheet of parchment.

 

5. Cut out crackers with a shape and make punctures in them.

 

6. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
