Chickpea Omelet (Gluten Free)
Chickpea flour gluten free | 100 g |
Vegetable oil | 15 g |
Medium tomato | 1 pc |
Onion | 1 pc |
Spice mix | 3 g |
Salt | 3 g |
Water | 160 g |
1. Mix chickpea flour with water, salt and spices, leave for 30 minutes.
2. Fry the onion and tomato in vegetable oil until half cooked, pour over the chickpeas, close the lid and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
