Gluten-free universal flour 600g | 300 g |
Vegetable oil | 12 g |
Gluten free dried yeast | 3 g |
Sugar | 15 g |
Salt | 5 g |
Warm water (40°C) | 280 g |
1. Mix the flour mixture, salt, sugar, yeast in a bowl. Add vegetable oil and warm water. Mix thoroughly.
2. Place the dough to a mold previously greased with vegetable oil. Put in a warm place to increase in volume (about 2 times).
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
