Bread made from all-purpose flour

Gluten-free universal flour 600g 300 g
Vegetable oil 12 g
Gluten free dried yeast 3 g
Sugar 15 g
Salt 5 g
Warm water (40°C) 280 g

1. Mix the flour mixture, salt, sugar, yeast in a bowl. Add vegetable oil and warm water. Mix thoroughly.

 

2. Place the dough to a mold previously greased with vegetable oil. Put in a warm place to increase in volume (about 2 times).

 

3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
