Berry kissel
Potato starch glutenfree 200g | 1 tbsp (20 g) |
Any berries | 150 g |
Honey (or sugar) | 30 g |
Water | 650 g |
1. Add 80g of water to the berries and bring to a boil, covered. Blend the berries and press through a sieve.
2. Pour 500g of water into the pureed mixture, add honey (sugar), and bring to a boil.
3. Dissolve the starch in 70g of cold water and pour it into the saucepan in a thin stream.
4. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
