Gluten Free Vegan Brownies
| Mix Brownies | 350 g |
| Butter, vegan | 100 g |
| Water | 50 g |
| Apple mousse | 50 g |
| Almond milk, unsweetened | 100 ml |
| or cashew milk | 100 g |
- Preheat the oven to 175°C fan, or 180°C top/bottom heat.
- Melt the vegan butter.
- Place the cake mix in a bowl, add the water, apple sauce and milk and stir in the melted vegan butter.
- Pour the batter into a 24 cm springform pan and bake for about 25 minutes.
