Gluten Free Vegan Brownies

Mix Brownies 350 g
Butter, vegan 100 g
Water 50 g
Apple mousse 50 g
Almond milk, unsweetened 100 ml
or cashew milk 100 g
  • Preheat the oven to 175°C fan, or 180°C top/bottom heat.

 

  • Melt the vegan butter.

 

  • Place the cake mix in a bowl, add the water, apple sauce and milk and stir in the melted vegan butter.

 

  • Pour the batter into a 24 cm springform pan and bake for about 25 minutes.
