Tapioca buns
Tapioca starch 500g | 200 g |
Grated cheese | 150 g |
Egg | 2 pcs |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Vegetable oil | 80 g |
Milk | 125 g |
1. Mix vegetable oil, milk, salt in a saucepan, mix. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
2. Pour tapioca starch, mix, add eggs and cheese (grated on a coarse grater). Stir thoroughly․
4. Place the dough to a pastry bag, squeeze the buns onto a sheet of parchment.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
