Oat pancakes
| Oat flakes gluten free Stashevskoe | 120 g |
| Eggs | 2 |
| Milk | 250 ml |
| Sugar | 2 tbsp |
| Vegetable oil | 1 tbsp |
| Salt | to taste |
Grind oatmeal in a blender. Mix eggs with sugar and salt. Add crushed oatmeal. Gradually, while stirring, pour in the milk. Mix until smooth and add vegetable oil. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour in a small amount to form a pancake. Bake on both sides until done.
