Gluten free tart

Dough .
Shortbread cake 200 g
Egg 1
Vanilla sugar Celiko ½ pack
Milk/water 2 tbs
Butter 60 g
Filling .
Margarine 100 g
Cacao Natura cocoa powder fat reduced 100 g 3 tbs
Sugar 4 tbs
Water/milk 3 tbs

Mix the ingredients into a homogeneous mass. Put the dough on the chosen form - round or rectangular.

 

Bake the bottom of the tart for about 15-20 minutes at 180°C until lightly browned. One serving of dough is enough for a small baking sheet with a diameter of 12 cm.

 

Melt margarine with water or milk. Then add cocoa and sugar. Mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

 

Pour the filling and berries into the tart.
