Gluten free tart

| Shortbread cake | 200 g |
| Egg | 1 |
| Vanilla sugar Celiko | ½ pack |
| Milk/water | 2 tbs |
| Butter | 60 g |
| Filling | . |
| Margarine | 100 g |
| Cacao Natura cocoa powder fat reduced 100 g | 3 tbs |
| Sugar | 4 tbs |
| Water/milk | 3 tbs |
Mix the ingredients into a homogeneous mass. Put the dough on the chosen form - round or rectangular.
Bake the bottom of the tart for about 15-20 minutes at 180°C until lightly browned. One serving of dough is enough for a small baking sheet with a diameter of 12 cm.
Melt margarine with water or milk. Then add cocoa and sugar. Mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Pour the filling and berries into the tart.
