This mixture is great for making crispy tortillas, dumplings, homemade noodles, pancakes and even steamed dough. Easy to prepare. Gluten free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

1 pack of Celiko Universal flour mix
20 g butter (2 tablespoons)
150-200 ml milk
1 egg
Any additives: fried chicken breast with spices, vegetables, sauce.
Preparation
Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the egg, butter, salt, milk and mix to get a semi-liquid dough consistency, like for pancakes.
Pour some oil into a frying pan and heat it up. Then pour a thin layer of dough and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Grease the heated tortilla with sauce and add the filling.
