Whole grain oat flakes.
Instant oat flakes gluten free Nordic do not contain gluten, have a delicate creamy taste of the usual oatmeal.

Preparation
4 servings: take 500 ml water, 500 ml milk, 250 ml oatmeal. Add oatmeal to boiling water or milk. Boil for 1 minute. Cover and leave for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste.
