The company “Garnec”, which was established in 2008, is a leader in the production of flour and gluten-free baking mixes.
They were the first in Russia to receive the right to label their products with the “Crossed Ear” - a safety mark for gluten-free products recognized in most developed countries.
Garnec is also distinguished by green technologies that we actively use: our products are produced on environmentally friendly equipment using cold grinding technology. Cold grinding is grinding at a temperature below 40°C, thanks to which the flour retains a maximum of vitamins and minerals. In addition, they completely abandoned refining and any shock absorbers and preservatives.
They produce over 60 types of gluten-free products, among which everyone will find something to their liking.
