Vegetable pancakes

Gluten-free corn flour 500g 20 g
Vegetable oil 50 g
Salt 5 g
Green onion (chopped) 50 g
Carrots (coarsely grated) 150 g

1. Mix vegetables, add spices and salt. Stir. Add cornmeal. Stir.

 

2. Blind the meatballs and fry them in vegetable oil in a pan on both sides.
