Vegetable pancakes
| Gluten-free corn flour 500g | 20 g |
| Vegetable oil | 50 g |
| Salt | 5 g |
| Green onion (chopped) | 50 g |
| Carrots (coarsely grated) | 150 g |
1. Mix vegetables, add spices and salt. Stir. Add cornmeal. Stir.
2. Blind the meatballs and fry them in vegetable oil in a pan on both sides.
