Ginger Cookie

Mixture “Ginger cookies” 200 g
Butter (softened) 50 g
Egg 1 pc.

1. Add the egg and softened butter to the flour mixture, mix. Cover the dough with food wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

 

2. Roll out the dough. Cut out cookies with a cookie cutter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes!
