Ginger Cookie
| Mixture “Ginger cookies” | 200 g |
| Butter (softened) | 50 g |
| Egg | 1 pc. |
1. Add the egg and softened butter to the flour mixture, mix. Cover the dough with food wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Roll out the dough. Cut out cookies with a cookie cutter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes!
