Focaccia gluten free
Rice bread | 1 package |
Warm milk | 130 ml |
Eggs | 2 |
Oil | 4 tablespoons |
Water | 150 ml |
Any spices | a little bit |
Any vegetables | a little bit |
Mix all ingredients for the dough. Then generously grease the baking dish with oil and put the dough on it.
Poke holes deep enough with your fingers and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the dough with your favorite spices, such as garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, or oregano, and top with your favorite toppings (such as cherry tomatoes or olives).
Focaccia prepared in this way can be additionally sprinkled with olive oil.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C.
