Easter cake without lactose and eggs
Gluten-free universal flour 600g | 200 g |
Baking powder gluten free | 10 g |
Lemon peel | 15 g |
Raisins, candied fruits, dried fruits | 50 g |
Jerusalem artichoke syrup | 40 g |
Coconut oil | 70 g |
Orange juice | 150 g |
1. Mix flour mixture with baking powder and lemon peel.
2. Melt coconut oil, add Jerusalem artichoke syrup, mix.
3. Combine dry ingredients with liquid. Add orange juice.
4. Add dried fruits to the dough. Divide the dough into paper molds.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Cool down. Decorate with powdered sugar if desired.
