Easter cake without lactose and eggs

Gluten-free universal flour 600g 200 g
Baking powder gluten free 10 g
Lemon peel 15 g
Raisins, candied fruits, dried fruits 50 g
Jerusalem artichoke syrup 40 g
Coconut oil 70 g
Orange juice 150 g

1. Mix flour mixture with baking powder and lemon peel.

 

2. Melt coconut oil, add Jerusalem artichoke syrup, mix.

 

3. Combine dry ingredients with liquid. Add orange juice.

 

4. Add dried fruits to the dough. Divide the dough into paper molds.

 

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Cool down. Decorate with powdered sugar if desired.
