Potato starch, tapioca starch, psyllium flour (psyllium husk), baking powder - sodium bicarbonate (baking soda).
The mixture completely replaces the thickening property of eggs when baking. There are no flavors, preserving agents and other harmful food additives in the mixture. This product does not contain gluten.
