Ingredients
Sugar, rice flour, corn starch, potato starch, ginger spices (cinnamon, ginger, cloves, coriander, allspice, nutmeg), fat-reduced cocoa, sodium carbonates: baking powder, salt, flavoring. May contain traces of soy and milk.
This mixture is great for making ginger cake, cookies and apple pie. Easy to prepare. Gluten free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Ingredients
1 pack Celiko «Ginger cake» gluten free flour mix 300 g
50 g margarine
30 ml milk
1 egg
Preparation
Sift the flour mixture into a bowl. Then add the egg and knead the dough.
Melt the margarine in a saucepan and let it cool down a bit. Then add it together with milk to the dough, mix. The dough should be quite sticky.
Sprinkle the board with flour, carefully place the dough on it, and then knead it. Cut out the dough with a cookie cutter.
Bake cookies for 15 minutes at 200°C. Decorate the finished cookies as desired.
