Sugar, rice flour, corn starch, tapioca starch, reduced fat cocoa (10-12%) - 8%, chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, reduced fat cocoa, emulsifier: soy lecithin) - 4%, cocoa fiber, thickener: xanthan gum; flavor, salt. May contain traces of milk.

This mixture is great for making delicious, chocolate brownies. Easy to prepare. Gluten free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients:

Flour mixture for Brownie - 300 g

Oil - 100 ml

Water - 35 ml

Egg - 1

Preparation:

Pour the mixture into a bowl.

Add egg, then oil and water.

Beat until soft peaks.

Pour the batter into a 20cm baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes in an oven already preheated to 180-190 ° C.
