Ingredients
Isomaltulose, strawberry juice powder 13% (maltodextrin, strawberry juice concentrate), gelling agent: agar, flavor agent, acidity regulator: citric acid. May contain traces of milk and soy.
Celiko Agar jelly thickens quickly and is great for desserts, cakes and jellies.
Gelatin with agar is a unique product, in its composition gelatin is replaced by agar. Due to their composition, they are suitable not only for vegetarians and vegans, but also for people on a gluten-free diet, but also for those who watch their weight.
Pour the contents of the package into 250 ml of cold water. Mix thoroughly until dissolved.
Bring the jelly to a boil, then cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour into a bowl, cool down.
Sweetener or sugar can be added to taste (about 1-2 teaspoons) if desired.
To make gummies, simply use 50 ml less water and pour the dissolved jelly into silicone molds.
