Water, maize starch, sour dough (rice flour, water) 14%, rice flour, flax seeds 5,5%, sunflower seeds 5,5%, vegetable fibre (psyllium), whole rice flour 3,2%, yeast, quinoa flour 2,5%, sunflower oil, sorghum flour 2,2%, thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; natural flavour, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodide), chestnut flour 0,7%, whole millet flour, acid: calcium citrate. May also contain soya, lupin and mustard.
